Thanks for all the input. I have a really hard time forcing myself to drink water, I know I don't drink enough... But if there's one thing I'm doing it's staying smoke free - even if I gain another 10 pounds.

Thanks for the tip. I think I need to adjust my stride length...where exactly did you enter it? I've checked out the fitbit website and can't seem to find where to change it...

I'm 24 days smoke free...using the nicotine patches. I have gained some weight, but only 5 pounds. The way I see it is a few pounds if a lot less unhealthy than smoking half a pack a day. I never had a smoker's cough or seriously struggled at the gym because I smoked, but that being said without cigarettes my stamina has…

Fun! Femme I never go to work without makeup on. My boyfriend's clothes are kept in the spare room because our huge closet is full of my stuff. I ALWAYS have polish on my toes. I have more pairs shoes than I can count, or keep track of. I cry often, over anything, unless doing one of the activities listed below. Butch I…

I'm the same. I need my coffee and I need(ed) cream. However, I've been weening myself off the cream. First I switched from table cream to 10%. Then half as much 10% and some milk to top it up. I'm now down to drinking 5% cream with some milk. Hoping to get to the point where I only add skim milk. It has cut down on…

Bump. Need my chocolate fix this weekend.

Nice work! You can really see results in your bum! I haven't been able to stick to 30DS that long...I always get sidetracked.

I workout at Curves - I love it. It's not my only source of exercise but I love how 3 days a week my workout is finished in 30 minutes, it also gives you a pretty good idea of calories burnt in that 30 min.

Shrinkrapt has some good points. I've struggled with anxiety and depression for years. As terrible as you feel some days, you just have to make yourself get up and do stuff. It'll always make your day end better. I've tried quite a few of the different meds for it, however I think counseling has been the most help. Just…

Any recommendations on how to log these classes? I'm not sure I burnt the "average burn" off the Les Mills page, but I know I burnt quite a bit. Is there anything in the exercise logs that would be fairly comparable?

Bump. I have been thinking about a Fitbit and wondering if it's really worth it if I already track everything on MFP.

I have 2, A rose on my right hip - in memory of a friend who commit suicide when we were 15. A star behind my left ear - my BFF has the same tattoo.

People screw up my first and last names all the time. It's Devon - pronounced Devin. (And I'm a female! We won't get into how many people think I'm a male....) I think it's my given right to mispronounce other people's names when they can't say either of mine!

We're Close! SW - 170 CW - to scared to step on scale since christmas...hopefully not more than 170! GW - 140 Height - 5'10 Age - 24 Female

I'm personally not a big fan of the 100 calorie packs...there are a lot better ways to get my calories that are more filling. But they are good for a sweet treat when you need it.

I log Curves at Circuit Training General and add my calories from the computer there. If you are doing the Zumba in between stations I wouldn't add anything for it, it just replaces the aerobic stations. If you're doing the Zumba before or after the circuit, you can log if as "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist"

I'm an addict. At least 1 a day... It start in University - my roommate drank nothing but Diet Coke and I drank it because it was there. As terrible as my addiction is 6 years later, I'm still convinced my roommate saved me from the Freshman 15 (or more) because we drank diet pop instead of crap loads of sugar.

More than 10 inches off you waist! Nice work! Slow and steady wins the race!

I've had two types of laser hair removal, IPL on my underarms and Elos laser on my legs and Brazilian. It hurts a little bit at first, but the more sessions you have the less it hurts. I don't shave my underarms at all any more (5 sessions of IPL and 4 of Elos) and everywhere else I've only had 4 of Elos, still shaving,…

IBS is miserable. There are 3 types, IBS -D, IBS-C, and alternating. I've been diagnosed with it, but not before they ruled out allergies, food intolerance's, Crohn's and Colitis. If your doctor isn't testing for those first, something is wrong. Nothing in particular seems to flare mine, but it definitely controls my life.…

Push through it and work out, even if it's just a long/high intensity walk - exercise makes it hurt less!

I should be "in" with the new technology based on my age (24) but I refuse to get a smart phone and be tied to my email all day ! It helps that I work at a desk and can log throughout the day though...

I just started yesterday and I'm in a world of hurt today. Combined with my speed walking on the treadmill already today, I think I might die when I attempt day 2 tonight!

Manitoba Harvest - Hemp Pro 70 (not 50). It's water soluble so goes in just about anything you can think of, isn't gritty and has no funny taste. It changes the colour of things slightly but not the tasted. I much prefer it to others I've tried.

Your manager is out of line. Freedom of Religion is one of the best parts about being Canadian (or American). We all have to respect others religions, regardless of our own beliefs. Speak with your manager about how it makes you feel uncomfortable and inform HR about speaking with your manager to cover yourself.
