  • You have the PERFECT attitude and thinking! You have to make a commitment to a lifestyle change that involves healthy eating and exercise diets are temporary and when you quit dieting the weight comes back!
  • If you have a fever you need to rest until the fever breaks. Once you are fever free you can return to working out and it will actually help kick the cold...Robitussin cough and cold always works great for me a long with plenty of rest!

  • I had a hard time balancing my nutrition with my running as well. I am now training for a marathon and yes your body is hungry but you have to give it what it needs. You need the food as fuel for your energy. Make sure your getting plenty of lean protein and complex carbs! Good luck you can do it!

  • Running is wonderful! I just started running 1 1/2yrs ago...I ran a 5K 3 months into it a half marathon beofre a year and am now training for a full marathon...everything about running is great! Stress releif, thinking time, weight loss/calorie burn...ect...love love love running!

  • I too love/hate Insanity. It is really cardio but you are doing toning with it as well...you will burn at least 500 calories per workout if you can keep up with them your closer to burning 1000. Good luck and dont give up! Or feel bad about cursing Shaun T the whole time lol

  • If you are going to be doing a lot of serious running spend the money! You only get 2 feet and 2 knees! Treat them right. Asics are my favorite running shoes and are not the most expensive I have strayed from them and regret it every time!
