I'm doing Herbalife. I know it's not for everyone, but it's really helping learn to eat clean without starving my body of nutrients (I have had problems with food for 20+ years). I am able to try new foods at my own pace and retrain my brain :)

I'm 5"3 - 5"4 with an initial goal weight of 145 - 150 lbs (I'm around 172 at the moment). I'm quite muscular with a large frame, and I'm not sure how I'd look that small! I personally would prefer to keep my curves as well.

What do you use the heating pad for? I think I should have phrased the question differently, in the days running up to a migraine I start unconsciously stocking up on carbs before crashing in a dark room once it hits.

I didn't realise there were variations depending on location (d'oh!) In the UK we have Vanilla (my favourite), Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate and Tropical. I haven't come across the cell activator that I keep hearing about, just multivitamins and Fibre and herb. What do you guys have to play with?

Hi! I find that frozen fruit is your best friend when it comes to herbalife! My favourite shake is 10 frozen strawberries, vanilla formula 1 and milk, blended.
