Hi Everyone! I just started my new journey on Herbalife yesterday! I was looking for anyone that is doing the shakes and some help with new flavors and support!

Hi!
I find that frozen fruit is your best friend when it comes to herbalife! My favourite shake is 10 frozen strawberries, vanilla formula 1 and milk, blended. The frozen fruit makes it cold, but you can add ice to make it thicker - more like a fruit smoothie. I also love mango and raspberry with the strawberry formula. A small banana blended with either the cookies and cream or chocolate is a firm favourite amongst my friends.

I am so jealous of you Americans and your American flavours. In Canada we can only get Vanilla, Chocolate, Cafe Latte and Berry (which I don't like).
Someone in the Herablife group I'm in suggested adding sugar-free Jello mix! I haven't tried it yet, but I will! I also add chai Latte mix to the vanilla (1/4 cup, then 1.25 cups of soy milk or whatever you use - it only adds 30 or 50 cal to your shake), or a teaspoon of instant coffee to my morning shake of any flavour.
Also, check with your coach about getting the link for shake recipes. There are some really delicious ones on the list.0 -
I didn't realise there were variations depending on location (d'oh!) In the UK we have Vanilla (my favourite), Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate and Tropical. I haven't come across the cell activator that I keep hearing about, just multivitamins and Fibre and herb. What do you guys have to play with?0
