If you have the calories available eat what you are craving for. If you don't have enough available calories you could exercise and eat back your surplus calories to allow you to have your treat. You could try a Nakd cocoa delight bar or the coco orange one. They taste nice and only 135 calories :) The good thing is they have no nasties, no added sugar, they are 100% fruit, nuts and a little bit of coco yum.

I guess some people like milky tea. I worked out how much milk I normally use, for me I put around 50ml in my tea but you might use a lot more or a lot less.
