  • I use the 100% Whole wheat ones. For dinner the other night I made Euro's with them using grilled shrimp instead of regular Euro meat. I also use them for a light lunch, smear with a tablespoon or two of your favorit hummus, mixed greens, greek salad, tuna fish, and a little feta cheese.

  • I keepa1.5 L bottle of water on me at all times. I usually refill it 3-4 times a day and on the days I have a hard work out I fill it 5-6 times.
