I was just told to think of that same thing! I mean, I didn't eat 3 apples in a day, but I always thought that as long as I was eating healthy food I could eat whatever I wanted. I am wrong, of course. I realized that I was taking in too many calories, even though they were all "good" calories. Thanks for your post!
