    I'm in too! I'm starting today.. I'm also doing the shred and at level 2 day 2. Crunches and ab workouts are my favorite!

    my girlfriend is obsessed with these 30 day challenges, and has got me in to them too!

    i found this website - www.30dayfitnesschallenges.com and it has loads of them on there!

    for june i am doing the squat and arm challenges! as they are quick and easy to do!

    hopefully they will help :)

    I don't know about anyone else, but I can feel my ab muscles getting stronger! At first I had to split them into sets of 15, maybe 20, and now I can do sets of 25 or 30. Yay! :smile:

    This is different from the crunch challenge I am doing this month... the one I'm doing just gets progressively higher in # of crunches per day.

    I think I will try this one in July though!
