trying to figure out the problem

I think I might have figured out the problem, I dont like to problem solve, I like to eat and I think that is part of my problem. I had to have a confrontation at work with a chronic complainer and tell her to stop and it took courage but I felt so much better.
I also eat healthy but eat too much. The tracking seems to have helped this wk, lost 3 lbs. Like Julian Michaels says weight is an opportunity not a problem. Opportunity to find out why? I use to eat 3 or 4 apples a day, stuff like this made me take in too many calories. I just kept eating thinking it was ok if it was apples or jello or chicken, etc.
How have ya figured out your problem?

I was just told to think of that same thing! I mean, I didn't eat 3 apples in a day, but I always thought that as long as I was eating healthy food I could eat whatever I wanted. I am wrong, of course. I realized that I was taking in too many calories, even though they were all "good" calories.
Thanks for your post!0
