aspargus 9 pieces, laughing cow wedge and 3 slices to turkey breast. I boil the asparagus for a min then submerge in ice water so stays crispy at home smear the turkey slice with a 1/3 of the wedge add 3 asparagus and roll up really yummy and low calorie I usually add a yogurt but going out tonight so eating light today.

It's ok and if that works for you then it's fine. I seem to lose more weight when I eat more frequently through out the day even if the calorie in take is the same. Can't explain why but do what works for you.

Almost always 4-5 boiled egg whiles. I don't like the yolks so this works great for me. I also like make egg white omelets w/ spinach and mushrooms the night beofre and reheating in the AM.

3 slices Boars Head Jerk Turkey 1 wedge Laughing cow chipolte one 9 spears Blanched Asparagus (Boil for 3 min then throw in ice water) I take 1 slice of turkey and spread 1/3 of cheese on meat then wrap 3 spears of aspargus in the meat and cheese. makes 3 wraps total is 115 calories. I typically don't need anything else…

Not a horrible item to have on hand in the event that you are unprepared for a quick meal but following the program is too blah for long term I think. Good luck

Only that my studio just closed and I LOVED the instructor. So sad. What I loved most is that she understood that I was a spaz and if I couldn't get the steps I would just freestyle!

I would keep doing what you are doing but step off the scale for 2 weeks and see if you have some results after that. I get so hung up on that number and if it doesn't move the way I think it should then I get frustrated and give up. Good luck

I keep a bag of boiled egg white in the lunch thermal for snacking. Some days thats even my to go breakfast or lunch. I don't like the yolks so I eat 5 whites at time and is really pretty filling and VERY low calorie. I look nuts carrying a bag of egg whites around but I can deal with that.

I wasn't able to lose weight while Breast feeding either. I had friends who looked like the baby had sucked all the fat out of them but not me. I ate well didn't log but tried to eat things good for the baby and stayed hydrated but never lost until a week after I stopped then it was like I was melting for the first 6…

Grilled turkey on foldit with smear of laughing cow cheese, peppers and pico. Grilled on my new mini foreman grill I leave at work. LOVE IT!!! Side salad (made up this weekend in mason jars all ready to go! love piniterest) and a kiwi. Can't wait!!!

I haven't found many frozen meals I like but I can tolerate the mexican chicken one from WW. I keep progressive light soups and a bowl at work and that seems to be better for me. I never look forward to that lunch but atleast I have something if I forget or get in a bind.

Both are great!!! I do better with having to be accountable to a live person so that's where WW is better but I can't afford to add that expensive right now so this is great but I have always done better with WW.

I don't have the zip but I love my Fitbit!!! find it motivating and easy to use. I love that it syncs up here. Maybe when I get more into hardcore exercise I will want a HR montir but for now this works great. I wish I would have waiting and gotten the new one that sync wirelessly to phone but oh well.

I have about 100 to lose! not sure how I got to needing to lose 100 seems like I went from needing to lose 50 to needing to lose 100 overnight. I'm game but not sure how to add friends. I'm new.
