950 calories burned doing Zumba
I wore my fitbit while taking a Zumba class and it said I had burned almost 1000 calories. Don't get me wrong I worked my butt off but really that many calories. I compared to what MFP had for 60 min of Zumba and it was clse to the same. Is this right?

I have been heavy for about 15 yrs (I'm 40) I need to lose about 80 pounds. Is it possible to do without ending up with really saggy skin? Don't get me wrong I'll take saggy skin over being unhealthy I just would like to know the likeliness of having lots of excess skin. Thanks

? about Fitbit and MFP
Do I count every calorie that shows up on my fitbit as exercise?? Most of the steps are just my daily activitiy? I only use activity calories for extras like a beer or night out but don't want to not be eating enough. Thanks

I'm heading back to the gym tonight and having anxiety over using the weight machines. I already know how to use them but for some reason I feel very self conscience about doing anything but cardio.
