Do I count every calorie that shows up on my fitbit as exercise?? Most of the steps are just my daily activitiy? I only use activity calories for extras like a beer or night out but don't want to not be eating enough. Thanks

Your minimum calorie intake should be 1200 no matter what. Your daily routine, steps and whatever else you do will show up on fitbit because you do burn calories through the day with being active. If you think they are too high because you didn't do too much then don't eat them, but if you were active, shopping or taking a walk or whatever then those are calories you burned and you do need to make sure you at least hit the 1200 mark. My husband and I use fitbit and it is nice to keep track, we also log our exercises and fitbit makes adjustments to our numbers so we have a good idea where we are at.0
