All students with learning disabilities are allowed reasonable accomodations in college and you would be entitled to that. Having them check sensory motor processing would not hurt. Best of luck!

I agree- measuring waist, hips, etc and how clothes are fitting is another measure of progress. :) You are doing great!!!

Thanks-I must have really eaten a lot of calories in four days! I will keep logging in and surely remarkable results will show soon enough! Yes, I love to eat dinner and then brush and use mouthwash. It helps decrease the urge to eat more :). Gum is a great idea as well!! 0.2 is something for this week!!!! Yeah!!!

So, folks, I lost 0.2 lbs this week...for some reason I do not feel that excited about it. It took four days on vacation the week before to gain 1.5 back and all week I have worked hard to log calories (doing OK) but 0.2 lbs lost for the week is not what I expected. Any suggestions??

Yes, that is difficult-this year has been very difficult personally for me as well. It is great to move forward from chaos before it takes over...good luck!!! Please anyone add me if you would like - as it will be a tough year and we ALL need support :).

Yes, things are so difficult-pack your lunch and snacks and eat when you get the chance before you are starving from not eating all day@! You might look into used exercise equipment if there is room for it in your home or a nice walk in the evening, even if it is just 30 min a day. The gym can be a challenge to get to…

Hello, in the PPS spectrum of things-don't hold it against me. I need to lose 6 lbs ASAP just to fit into any pants I have within two weeks. My goal is to lose 21 lbs.

Really, my favorite exercises on ones that don't involving feeling like I have to "get ready" to go the the gym, LOL. Is that bad? Maybe one day I will not care about that, LOL.
