I dont have pictures, but would be interesting to see what bellys look like before and after, I have seen a few mommy bellys before and after, but i really think its down to toning up. I too have 50+ to lose. Good luck !! :bigsmile:

thats exactly how i feel ! many diets have been and gone and nothing has worked for me, but this is definately it now. Good luck in your weight loss journey :happy:

Im daily .. I think once i get into a routine of doing it weekly that will be fine, but daily is way too much !! at the gym they weigh and measure you once a month. I even think getting rid of my scales may be a good idea and just sticking to once a month at the gym ! :)

Thanks for all the help :) Ill stick to going for my 5 days and have the weekend to rest ! I am enjoying it (a lot more tahn i thought i would) and i cannot wait to lose this weight !! :)

My calorie goal is 1390 a day. I have gone from doing no exercise to doing 30mins a day from mon-fri and I do hydraulic circuit training at the gym. I do tend to go some days doing hard workouts and others ill just do a casual workout and not work myself too hard.
