I too have stayed the same this week after putting on 2lbs last weekend.. have managed to get that off but Im back at the same as last week. Im doing it at the mo and use 3lb weights. It's a struggle too as you feel the burn ! So im guessing with a heavier weight it would be a lot more difficult to do. Even if you just used a couple of soup cans from the cupboard to start off and work your way up to the 5lbs :)

I normally weigh on monday as it marks a new week, but just reading what you've said about a friday .. I think i may change days :laugh:

I weigh myself every monday morning and then I measure myself every 2 weeks as you will see more of a difference :)

I normally weigh first thing in the morning after using the bathroom .. then I go straight to the gym and have weighed myself there before (just out of curiostity) and I have always weighed more after a workout and I too am guessing it is all the water I drink whilst working out. :smile:

I find myself struggling sometimes as I am on maternity leave and find myself sat with nothing to do at times, but I find looking through peoples success stories really inspires me and helps me to get back on track. Yes.. I have stolen !! :blushing: - but it wasn't intentionally and he was just out of a relationship !! .. but it has brought me to where I am today, 4 years down the line with a very happy family and a beautiful baby boy ! :bigsmile:

I used to row and used to use a rowing machine to train. They really work your arms, legs and stomach and help to tone as well as burn. The type of machine I would go for if buying one would be one with the sliding seat (you can get a variety of fixed seat ones) and I've always used the make 'concept' :bigsmile:

I go to a gym which specialises in hydraulic exercise machines. They are meant to burn more calories in 30 mins than doing a general gym workout. I do my 30 min circuit each day and also add another 30 mins on something else like the cross trainer/bike. I was also looking into the 30 day shred at home which i would do in…
