What do you do if you go to the gym and how often?
Or..
Do you do home workouts? What type and how often?
Just curious. I plan on switching up my routine now because I have joined a bigger and better gym

I go to a gym which specialises in hydraulic exercise machines. They are meant to burn more calories in 30 mins than doing a general gym workout. I do my 30 min circuit each day and also add another 30 mins on something else like the cross trainer/bike. I was also looking into the 30 day shred at home which i would do in the evenings0

I workout to DVD's and go to the gym. I like the gym better most of the time. The DVD's are Supreme 90 Day. It's basically cicuit training and calisthenics. I also do the C25K program but on the treadmill. i jump rope and do exercises in between. I also try do Zumba when I can go .0

I go to the gym 5-6 days a week.
1 hour of cardio - I mix it up; elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, and stair stepper
10-15 min of upper body work (every other day) - arm bike, push ups, and rowing machine
10-15 min of sit ups (every other day)
10-15 min of leg work (every other day) - squats, lunges, wall sits
10 min of stretching.
I do the cardio every day, and combine it with upper body and sit ups one day, and lower body the next. I stretch every day.
I will be adding a weight routine in October.0 -
weight training - 3x / week

Hello...I exercise at home with Xfinity/Comcast-OnDemand (Sports and Fitness) section, using Walk Away the Pounds aka Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone, ride my stationary bike, Tae Bo with Billy Blanks, and Robert Ferguson's from FoodLovers program cardio and burn DVD. Work outs at home work for me. :flowerforyou: Best wishes on your weight loss.0

Elliptical machine ftw lol...love it so much. Then I dance at home...and also walk to and from school. I do situps on an incline with a five pound weight. That's all...I'm no gym rat really lol but I do try to make it at least 3-4 times per week.0

I don't have a lot of time to work out I'm a full time college student and a part time daycare provider so the only exercise I get is walking (most of the time with my kiddos at work-once a week) and picking them up to change their diapers. But when Friday and Saturday comes rolling around I look forward to my 5 mile evening walk it's awesome time to catch up on the latest music (thanks to my BFF for downloading them for me) and to just be by myself, I've lost almost 8 lbs doing this and healthier eating0

I work out at the gym 5 to 6 days a week; 3 days strength training and cardio, 2 days high intensity cardio (Zumba, Spinning or Kickboxing) and Yoga every other week.
I never do home workouts because it motivates me more to be at the gym with other people working toward their fitness goals.0 -
