25 days of christmas .. CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE !!
As everyone knows the run up to christmas is 25 days long (1st of December onwards). There are just over 13 weeks to go until christmas and this works out at 1.9lbs a week loss. weight lost but inches the same ??
I get measured and weighed every 2 weeks at my gym. Today is my 4th time, my weight over the past 4 weigh ins has dropped 15lbs yet I havent lost any inches. Why could this be ?? Thanks :flowerforyou:

Hiya all, I have been doing the 30DS for 3 days now. Everyone is saying they are sore after the first couple of days, but I have only been sore in my legs. Is this where everyone else has found the most burn ?? Just unsure if I was doing it right :smile:

not too sure what to call this ..
I have just been browsing through peoples success stories and have noticed people who have started at the same weight as me have often had totally different measurements to me. Most of the time a lot bigger than mine. Anyone know why this is ?? Totally confuses me !! Any input would be great. Thanks all :happy:…
