Maybe you are losing it from somewhere you're not measuring?
I dunno.0 -
Do your clothes feel less tight?0

do they simply measure bust waist hips? it seems a lot of people start to lose the pudginess around their face...i think arms tend to tone up more quickly (sorry, not the tricep giggle that EVERYONE has, but over all), and maybe calves?? i have had that happen to me recently, with my last few pounds (which i have sadly gained back)...i would lose a pound or two and my clothes would still fit the same and my measurements stayed. i'm not a physiologist, but is there an 'internal' fat (around organs and stuff) that maybe you lose but it doesnt affect your measurements? worth googling, i guess.
sorry not help, but just wanted to say, I've been there.
just stick to it, it'll happen.0 -
This happened to me for a long time when I started losing weight. I've noticed a big drop recently. It'll happen.0

CAN TOTALLY RELATE:) I'VE LOST 13LBS, AND YESTERDAY NOTICED FOR THE FIRST TIME, MY CLOTHES DON'T FIT THAT DIFFERENT, BUT MY MUFFIN TOP ISN'T AS BAD. MY WEIGHT LOSS STARTS FROM HEAD TO TOE... MY FACE, THEN ARMS... A LITTLE CHEST... AND OFCOURSE, IT'S MY STOMACH THAT I WANT TO LOSE SO BAD. WE'LL GET THERE EVENTUALLY NOT TO WORRY:)0

It takes alot longer for it to show on the tape mesure! I didnt loose many ins for about 6 months then it just started to go down and down! Dont let it get you down if the scales are going down you have nothing to worry about at this point! dont forget your working out and building muscle! keep it up!0

Start measuring the areas they DON'T, but where you have issues. For example, having 2 c-sections and a hysterectomy, my waist is smaller than the area between my belly button and hips. The "pooch". They don't measure that, but I do. I also measure my waist at it's smallest point, waist at the belly button, on my legs I measure up higher, where they're larger. Fat tends to fall off first where you gained it last. It WILL happen. You're doing great!0

That's true, it's called visceral fat in case you do want to google it, and it's the most unhealthy. So if you're truly not losing inches, you're still doing wonderful things for your body!0
