I agree with what everyone else has said. Don't put too much thought, or concern into it. Just take the compliment as it was intended, that she thinks you are looking good!!
-
My aha moment was when I had seen family photos around Christmas time, and I got a serious glimpse at how unhappy and miserable I looked. I didn't feel good about myself at all, and decided to make a change! 2 years later, and 80 pounds lighter, I don't see that unhappy girl anymore...just a radiant, beautiful and smiley…
-
Great job! I know people have already said it but you really do look INCREDIBLE!
-
I would if I wasn't on such a time line, is 30 pounds just unattainable?
-
I wear a sports bra, and then double up with a yoga shirt with a built in bra...seems to work for me:)

Greek yogurt!! And possibly a few pieces of raw broccoli.
-
Plain Greek Yogurt:)

I really love her shake! It really helps after a hard workout, like previously said. It really helps Also, it's super delicious. I prefer the vanilla, and LOVE to mix if with orange juice (Less calories than milk) Tastes like a orange creamsicle. :D I would highly recommend it

I loved her 30 day Shred video! It was a good workout. But I do like her personally too, but I may be a bit biased since I'm a huge fan of the Biggest Loser xD

I probably drink more than anything as far as "Naked" smoothies and water, and I too am a vegetarian. It's VERY hard to eat 1400 calories a day! I came close only by sheer force, but I felt sick all day. And plus exercise I still had 1200 calories left over! Let me know if you find something that works for you. ;] Maybe we…

Oh, okay. That's a good point. I'm up to like, 1700 calories left for the day, including exercise, but it just seems like so much! I have only consumed about 500 calories for the day, which I am sure is way too low, I am just not hungry any more. I'm gonna try and eat some more for dinner before I go to work, but I'll have…

Yes, I am a vegetarian. I have a hard time swallowing meat, the taste just makes me shiver. I try and get my protein in other forms, though that can be tough too
-
Thanks everyone for the advice! I do have pecans/cashews and dried cranberries and dried cherries to take to work with me, but I just don't ever eat them. SO, working up to the limit it is!! :D
-
Oops, I didn't realize the other thread posted! My internet shorted out...SORRY. XD
-
That sounds delicious. :D
-
I have mine for breakfast most days with cut up fruit and a light yogurt! My favorite combo is peaches and a vanilla yogurt.

Being healthy will be an awesome reward on its own, but the real/true reward I look forward to is finally being able to go to bootcamp. :D
-
Welcome to MFP by the way. :]
-
Yup! I'm starting the 30 day shred today actually! Just bought it, and am eagerly waiting to get off work so I can go get my first session out of the way!
-
I certainly have more fun on MFP, with tons more encouragement too! I don't ever get "You look fat in that picture" here. :D So that's nice.

You could always power walk on a treadmill. :D That's what my dad has done. He power walks an hour a day, and has dropped nearly 30 pounds by doing that and watching what he eats. He does it every morning too. He does look pretty funny doing, but it's effective. And he is always sweaty too. xD
-
I've researched this myself too, and even looked at "sauna" suits, but it's basically for if you want to lose weight very quickly, for an upcoming event. But, it is just water weight, because you sweat the water out, but from what I"ve read, you'll gain it back after replenishing that water supply. I don't know if you burn…
-
Alright! Works for me! Yah, Its my starting point, I know I'm gonna have to do a heck of a lot more to get ready for boot camp, but still. It's somewhere to start! I've heard it kicks but in the short 20 minutes. :D I hope we can both stick through it! :]
-
That's awesome!! Sounds like you've done some good work so far. I actually just bought the 30 day shred, and today is gonna be my official first day. :D
-
I'm in the same boat with ya, just know that when you see it in your food diary, hundreds of calories and all, (Personally) it makes you never want to eat that much again!! Of course, your TOM probably played a big part in it. I find, that although it's hard now, when I start eating healthier and get away from my bad…

I can't even hold up my weight for...very long...xD Hehe, be sure the let me know how it goes Squid!

I have a blackberry too, and when I have troubles with what to access, I jus log items in the form of an email, or note, save it to my phone, and add when I do have timw. :) (I have a blackberry curve 8900, and actually don't have many problems with what to do on MFP. Occasionally I do, but not very often. And I love it…

This may sound odd, but I work out in front of a mirror. (I'm sure most gyms are set up that way, but at home I have a mirror in front of my treadmill.) And with that, I keep myself motivated to not look the way I currently do! It drives me the extra mile, and keeps me from straying! I've done it before, and stopped doing…
-
I did! (Should I do one of those close up ones?) And if you didn't know, dear sister, I'm the one on the left on my current pic!
-
You're not as chubby as I am, sister, but we can do this together! I'm SO excited to get down to the 'overweight' category...I'm ready and rearing to go! for some reason, to me, overweight seems more 'average' than anything....
