I stay away from processed sugars - white, brown etc. Try using stuff like agave nectar, raw honey, stevia, maple syrup.. which are not processed, but in moderation of course!

You do realize alot of big health and drug companies pay people alot of money to get there products pushed by celebrities? Top belly blaster - cut out the sugar/white flour/processed foods of any kind etc... eat a clean diet, lots water,vegs, protein and you will get the result of a belly fat buster..

I think it totally depends on your body build and how much muscle you are building - I am 5'6" and 145 lbs but a size 4...

Currently addicted to protein pudding recipe I found: Greek yogurt, tbs peanut butter, scoop choc whey protein powder..amazing and filling! Unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon. Dark chocolate, and it is good for you, in moderation of course:) also try adding some coconut to your oatmeal, makes a nice change.

I asked my trainer about this and she said if you are trying to lose weight you should stick to your goal calories for the day and NOT eat your exercise calories back - defeats the purpose. I think it only works when you are trying to maintain... I am trying to lose the last 10 lbs and have been stuck at a plateau forever…
