Is there a sticky for recipes somewhere? If not, what are your favorite chicken recipes (specifically for dinner) for under 400 calories? If they are for the crock pot, even better!

I believe there is a group that has recipes. Or you could try www.allrecipes.com
They have a bunch of crock pot recipes there or you could just do what I do and throw whatever you've got on hand into the crock pot and see how it turns out.

    This is Indian Chicken curry.

1 kg Chicken-cut into small pieces
    1 large onion,
    8-10 cloves of garlic,
few peppercorns, black cloves and bay leaf, cinnamon stick 1 inch, salt
    1 inch ginger piece,
    2 large tomatoes,
    1 tsp Red Chili Power
    1 Tsp Coriander power,
    1 tps Turmeric Power
1tps Garam Masala (You can find all these in India or Asian store)

Grind garlic, ginger, peppercorns, cloves into paste.Heat little oil to fry onions and once golden brown add the paste and dry spices. Keep stirring it in medium flame/temp. Once the oil starts leaving the edges of paste..put the tomato and keep stirring it until tomato is softened and mixed with the paste well...add chicken and salt to taste and cover it for 10 mins in slow heat. then pour water depending on the consistency you want your gravy to be and cook for another 20 mins.

Can be severed with Brown rice or bread.

P.S I know the list of Ingredients is long but it is a really tasty dish...
