I haven't been on for a while, but I do intend to be online more often, and to check in on here at least once a day from now on. If you need extra friends, I'm around!

I really like my eyes. I like my butt/legs, but I'll like them more once I'm more toned again.

Definitely just copied the URL into my notebook to check out later. Mmmm. Sounds like something I'll be making soon!

Am I the worst person ever because I haven't read The Hunger Games? As for the last truly great book that I've read... that's a hard one. I recently read a copy of a book called "Monkey Mind" that I won off of Goodreads that was a pretty brilliant portrayal of a man who grew up with and still copes with a pretty strong…

You look fantastic, and have a great sense of style at any size, OP. Seriously. Congratulations!

Baby carrots, bananas, crackers, 100-calorie snack packs...

My boyfriend made me a YouTube video on Valentine's Day. That one really stood out to me. He posted it on my Facebook wall and when I clicked it, there was an animated video of a chipmunk in the woods (I call him Chippy as a pet name) saying, "I love you, Kat" and I just melted. There was a wedding song playing the…

I just ate two mini Babybel cheeses for my "morning" snack - I've had to push all of my times back today because of when I ate breakfast and the hours I'm at work. I had one light one and one Cheddar because they're delicious. I love cheese. Oh my goodness.

A lockdown on two of the best foods on earth?! Oh no! =/

I accept pretty much all of the friend requests that I receive, so feel free to add me - anyone at all! =)

You could try cutting your drinking nights down to one night a week. Especially as a college student, it's fun to go out and not pay attention to exactly what you're putting in your body. Work out extra, and don't slack off on food or exercise the following day because you're hungover. My one friend, who has lost over…

This is the most entertaining thing I've read so far today. Bahaha.

Posting just so I can see what people have to say on the topic. I have no personal experience with it, though. I'm curious!

I'm working on this. I'm 20 pushups in. (I have to do modified ones because I'm a pansy.)
-
@Krizzo - You have gorgeous hair, and your smile is super pretty!

This thread is absolutely wonderful. I'm really only posting so that I can keep reading what people have to say.

If you feel like you're going to eat more than you're comfortable with - or if you're in danger of going over calories - I would suggest going for a walk around the block or waiting fifteen minutes by doing something else. It's what I always do, and it works most of the time.

Sometimes, I feel like I should have taken "before" pictures, but then I realized that any picture of me at my high weight would serve as a "before picture". That's what one of my girlfriends used when she lost over eighty pounds.
-
Request sent, OP. I'm always down to make new friends.

I'm gross because I still drink alcohol and beer, and LOVE IT. I'm also gross because I'm still (irrationally) afraid of weights even though I've lifted them for years. Besides, my non-matching workout clothes are disgusting.

@shan889 - 8.5. You're so cute!
