Birthday Party...
I'm supposed to be going to a birthday dinner at a friend's home tonight. The only food available will be pizza and cupcakes. Should I eat before going? I don't know what to do in this situation, and I don't want to derail my progress. Help!

All I want....
...is fudge. Peanut butter and chocolate fudge. I need something, so I was thinking that as a dessert after dinner, I could have reduced-calorie hot chocolate and a spoonful of creamy peanut butter? Yes/no? God, damn. It's all I want out of life right now.

Weight Gain? Really?
Seriously...I've been doing pretty well over the past week. I've increased my exercise, and almost everything I've been eating is healthy. I cheated ONCE, and I definitely burned that off. The scale tells me I'm up three pounds. ...Damnit.

Trying hard to not lose it.

I've been looking into purchasing one or many (because I find it easier to have a workout at home in addition to the time at the gym -- which I need to get back to). I can't afford Insanity, unfortunately. Does anyone have any recommendations of what's worked best for them?

There's an event tonight -- that I can't avoid -- at Chuck E. Cheese's. Yeah, that's right. Chuck E. Cheese's. Help. I don't know anything I can eat there at all. I went to look at the website for nutrition info, and all the numbers horrified me. Suggestions? Please?
