I need something, so I was thinking that as a dessert after dinner, I could have reduced-calorie hot chocolate and a spoonful of creamy peanut butter?

have a small sundae one scoop lowfat icecream 1tsp PB and 1tsp hot fudge ...have a salad and fruit for dinner and enjoy your small sundae guilt free....0

myastyme's idea is a good one. you could also exercise just a little bit more then usual (5 minutes of step ups burns 102 calories!) and then you wont feel so bad about the chocolate and peanut butter binge.
we've all been there. just figure out a way to satisfy yourself but still feel good about what you're eating.

How about a hershey bar split in half filled with peanut butter (like a hershey sandwich)?
1 hershey bar = 210 calories
1 T smooth peanut butter = 95 calories
Total = 305 calories
You could burn it off quickly with 45 minutes of cardio!!!
What sounds good to me is chocolate covered pretzels dipped in peanut butter!0
