  • Being a Chef when I made it I did use Tabasco and use it sparingly. I never had with yogurt but it sounds good.
  • There is a book out there by Bill Philips called Body for Life. It gives you the proper types of food, and if interested how to do a proper workout program. I do not get any money from talking about the book but it does help out in eating and putting meals together and if needed a workout program as well. Hope this helps, S
  • P90X is one of the hardest workouts you can ever do. The first week you will be very sore. Stick to it and you will see great results. My wife and I have done it together and having us doing it together makes it a little more bareable. Give it your all!!!!! S
