Hi I am on a high protein diet, and I am a vegatarian. You might be shocked at the carbs in our diet. Look at the bigger picture. Carbs might be the bigger problem

tI just hit 155 and I am not sure how sustainable any lower would be. I will have to see. At this weight I am doing sports without issues

Before you weigh yourself, zero the scale. Most good scales allow you to do so. If you can not zero the scale, you might want to get a new one. You do not have to spend a fortune either. Weigh yourself once, and that should be it K
