I'm from Newcastle upon Tyne BUT I now live in North Carolina USA. I used to work in Warley High School and then another school in Sedgley so I am familiar with all that area. So I am from there but no longer live there =(

I went to a party about 10 years ago and was asked when my baby was due, odd enough I probably weighed about 126 at the time.... Same person now might ask if I had triplets =) I laugh it off but it is still stuck in the back of my mind. Don't let them get you down.

I just cleared out the room in the basement to begin. I'm definitely a non-gym type of person so I am hoping to get a few DVDs together. Husband agreed to get me another one once I reach day 28! I'm glad to read you got the best results from that one - hopefully I will too =)

Me too. I'm Laney and I weigh 158, am 5'5. I am also hoping to lose a pound a week. I start the 30 day shred tomorrow, my husband said he would do it with me. I need to exercise as in the last year I haven't really done much apart from walking the dog. I'm currently on 1520 cals a day. Please feel free to add me.

The only person who has commented on mine has been my boyfriend and my mother who lives overseas. I was talking to him about this and he seemed to think people may just not want to say "oh you look like you lost some weight" as in implying I was fat. I'm not too sure about that opinion though. So far I've lost 26 pounds…

An English muffin is nothing like a crumpet. I'm English and live in the US and I miss crumpets. I've been here 6 years, they sell Breakfast Muffins in Sainsburys and they are what we call English muffins over here.

I have a busy social life at the weekend so I eat no white carbs, I usually opt for the salad or go for the fish and veg. I exercise in the morning so I have a few extra calories to spare. I get a craving for sweet food, so during that time I keep some small squares of dark chocolate in the house - 55 cals a square. Treat myself to a couple of squares. It helps me and won't forfeit all the hard work I've been doing.
