Thanks! I bought Tofu once. And it sat so long I threw it out unopened. lol If I noticed my clothes fitting better I probably wouldn't be so focused on the scale. Ugh!

Hi! I use them to do lunges & squats. I definately feel a difference when I use them vs no weights.

You really should. Just make sure you have proper form of you could injure yourself pretty easily. Fantastic workout!

My hubby & I are starting to do alot of crossfit workouts. Not really new workouts but a new way to workout. I love Zumba classes!

That was a huge problem for me. My husband swears by cottage cheese (yuck!) or a small protein shake. I've stopped eating snacks after dinner altogether & go to bed hungry sometimes. It's been about 4 weeks but I've gotten used to it.

I love the Zumba dvd's for cardio. Other fantastic ones are Bob Harper's Kettlebells (be sure to have proper instruction on form), Rodney Yee for Yoga. The 8 minute series is great for days when you don't have a lot of time or want to add a bit more to another workout. Short but effective. :)
