1 week of MFP and no results on the scale!!

I'm curious to know if this has happened to anyone else, I followed and tracked like I was suppose to and was eager to weigh myself to see that I weighed exactly what I weighed last week!!! How frustrating! Looking for some MFP peeps that would help motivate me, and I can do the same for you, and also curious to see what people are eating, my diary is open to!

    Your diary isn't open, actually.

    Just looking at your ticker, you have a small amount to lose. It is going to take longer than one week before you start seeing results. Have some patience and good luck!

    1 week, I would say wait 4 unless you are doing loads of exercise.

    You could even put on in one week what if you were low on water weight when doing your 1st weight in?

    I'm just starting my second week. I haven't noticed anything on the scale either & I'm trying to be patient. :)

    My first week I lost 7lbs, which was exciting for me. But like the other girl said maybe its because you don't have much to lose, good luck

    Don't get too hung up on the scale. I've been at it for 2 months and have only lost 2 lbs but lots of inches.

    I agree with everything stated... focus on what you're doing right and how good it feels... it does take a little longer when you don't have as much to lose.
