Eating....workouts....
I've fallen off the wagon a bit this week. I made a homemade lasagna for tonight. Back on track first thing in the morning. My workouts have been pretty good though. Does anyone use kettlebells? Or train using Tabata? I can't really find a good tracker to use for calories burned.

Hi! I'm new to MFP, very similar to Spark People. Looking for motivation & encouragement to stay focused with my diet. Working out isn't my problem, although would love to trade ideas for changing things up!
