Hi there!
I'm new to the community here. I've been using the app on & off for a while but I'm trying to log everyday.
I'm 5'3" & weigh 143. My highest was 147 around holiday time. My goal right now is to get to 130. I feel I'm pretty fit, I've gone to the gym everyday on my lunch hour for years. It's the eating I need help with.Can't wait to meet everyone!
