My reward to myself is small compared to what I have read! After a workout I reward myself with a great smelling shower gel (Bath & Body Works). No workout = no yummy smelling shower, just plain soap!

Hitting the treadmill this week with stationary bike warm ups. Sit ups and weights. I am going to start throwing in push ups.....I have a dinner/celebration to attend on Dec. 6th. At this celebration we announce the employee (hourly and salary) of the year. The dress I chose has one shoulder bare. Time to get my arms back…

I usually log just the 8 glasses, this one is an easy one for me. I go over all the time. I drink water at work all day (with MIO) and unflavored when I work out! Wish making the right food choices and eating in moderation was just as easy! Have a great day everyone!

Love, Love, Love the treadmill. I had to take a break due to IT band issues but started back last week. I start out with 5 minute warm up on the bike (5mph) for 1.25 miles. Regular warm up stretches are fine too! Then walk at 4.3 for .25 mile and run at 6.5 for .50 mile. Unitl I hit 3.1 (5K). Starting out slow and then…
