Thank you everyone for your input. I had been doing mainly cardio (running, biking). I am trying to incorporate lifting into my workout. Your advice is taken in appreciation. Thanks again! :smile:

I have lots of the current running songs listed but sometimes I just throw on some AC/DC when I really want to 'dig in' hard for a run or just need some hard motivation!

Welcome back! I, too, have restarted this week. It's been a pretty sedentary summer. I haven't been working out and watching what I eat properly. Time to get back to eating right and exercising! Good luck!

Oh my goodness! I am reading your post and it is me! I have been on this journey since 2011 as well when I tipped the scale at 174 lbs. I am currently 138-139. My lowest was 134. Would like to lose a couple more lbs. but more importantly.....get toned. I, too, am 5'6" and aiming for 130 lbs. :o) Good luck!

Going through the same thing right now and it has been a month. Needing to find some motivation and I think I need to change up my exercise from jogging to adding in more weights.

I consider myself a sugarholic. I love anything, everything that is sweet. When I cut the sugar, it takes me about 3-4 days to get over the cravings. I allow myself natural sugars (fruit!) and after those days I am fine. Moderation. That is is the key. But as I said earlier, I am a SUGARHOLIC, so I do fall off the wagon…
