I recently bought half a pig from a local butcher shop, which included about 10 pounds of bacon. It was cured and cut to medium thickness, and it is amazing! My suggestion is to find a local butcher shop, or take a road trip to Idaho! :smile:

I find that many sandwiches are slathered with unnecessary mayo and i'm not a fan. I'm not against mustard, of any type really, but I find that condiments aren't really *necessary* if cheese and/or avocado are used instead, which would certainly be my preference!
