I'm just gonna stick to eating awesome clean food and exercising regularly. That's your health benefits right there. Not starving yourself.

I stick to balsamic vinegar with a bit of oil. From there I add tons of flavor from spices and vegetables (or even fruit!).

Stop eating at least 3 hours before bed. Or 7pm.

I don't log exercise as it would take forever to log all my weight training.

Maybe dip a banana (or half) in peanut butter and lay it flat on parshment paper. Freeze it in freezer. You can even sprinkle on crushed peanuts (or almonds, cashews, walnuts etc), coconut flakes, etc. ORRR even just stir fry some chicken, add a few teaspoons of peanut butter and crushed peanuts. YUM! I could be wrong but I was told (by my brother who works out) that creatine needs to be consistently consumed or else it wont work. Im considering getting some creatine, no idea which kind yet but I need a little pre workout energy!

Bump! yeah i take my vitamins too, but i feel that if i dont take my protein shake, that i wont get the full benefit of it being able to help heal the muscle etc.

I love white and balsamic vinegar ! I put it on tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, pizza, salads, quinoa, meatballs, etc. I lick the plate clean. Im a sicko.

$720.00 a year ($60/month) for gym membership alone. Not including gas as it takes 40 minutes total minimum to and from the gym. Seriously considering starting to build my own gym at home.

In my opinion, I would never drink lemon water for results and would not even have any expectations about it. I would probably drink it if I get bored of same old water.. I think it would set people up for disappointment.

I stick to sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, plain oatmeal every morning, and brown rice. I have about one quarter of a cup. Just wanted to add in an update! I wish they had smaller samples! I ended up getting a 10 serving one, and playing it safe with the Gourmet Chocolate flavor. Im excited! Once I know if im happy with this product or not, ill be sure to get a bigger one.
