Hi. I am very interested in this! I actually started today. I am trying to eat from 8 am till 4 pm and fast the rest. I am interested to know if this actually works, can you eat your calories say 1200 a day and exercise and fast does it work? I tend to overeat at night. For myself I look at it like this.... IF I ate these many calories and did bad in 5 weeks I will be up on weight, but I had a healthy day and ate good then my weight possible could be lighter. I don't think its supposed to be accurate.

@aggelikik I wasn't making fun of therapy. I was just trying to make the conversation lighter. I haven't been depressed for 30 years, I have been overweight for 30 years. I am sure it would help me. I had a bad day yesterday. It was horrible. I am much better today. Thank you for the concern.

I feel depressed. I usually can pull myself out of it! I have been this way for awhile. Heck if I talk to someone they will commit me LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are exactly right.... all I do right now is work. I work two jobs and I am going to school. I don't have any excitement in my life so I actually look forward to turning the DVD on and eating at night to wind down.... BAD HABITS . I know its a bad time of the year to start dieting but why wait?
