I have the same weekend problem! Sometimes I think I don't want to be done with losing weight -- there is something about the goal that is soothing, somehow. And when kids are around, and my work is demanding, I feel like i need the diet and the goal to feel centered, almost. is that crazy??

Thanks -- this is really helpful because I have also committed to working out (with a trainer when I can, otherwise by myself) and want to focus on the fact that I am getting stronger and leaner from that....for some reason the number on the scale has too much significance. Will try to keep it in perspective.
