Starting to Zig Zag today. Question???? I am doing exercise daily, Mon and Wed - 30 days shred, Tue - midium exercise (around 300 cal), Thru to Sat - High intent exercise (around 450 cal). Do we eat more when you are doing exercise along with zip zag?
