I really want to try to zig zag my calories for a while. I am not losing any weight and I dont think I am eating enough because I am scared to go over my calories. I am also going to buy the 30DS today. Maybe if I add that with my walk it will help boost something. My only problem is I need food idea's to add that are healthy. There is plenty that I like to get to the higher calorie days but believe me they are not extemely healthy.

Any idea's of things I can add that wont break the bank?

The thing that stopped my pizza cravings was Portobello Pizzas. (Don't get me wrong... I still can not be around italian food)

pizza is a weakness. I had it yesterday. At least I ordered thin crust but still I should of had a salad. I have a problem on the weekends of eating properly meaning breakfast, lunch and dinner. During the week I work so its easier to be on schedule. Portabello mushroom pizza sounds amazing. I hear about making veggie burgers our of them as well

If you want to friend me you can look at my food diary. :flowerforyou: Am not claiming to be any expert on healthy eating, but I eat loads of nice food (at least I like it!), eat pretty healthy, and have regular losses. I'm also more than halfway through 30 Day Shred and I see a big difference in my fitness levels and how defined my arms are. I'd also recomend measuring yourself with tpe measure to see your progress rather than be dependant on the scales. I gained a lb this week but have lost inches and gained muscle/lost body fat. Keeps it all in perspective

The Abs Diet Get Fit, Stay Fit plan changed my life. (Book by David Zinczenko). Mainly because of the 12 powerfoods that it tells you fo focus on (not restrict yourself to). They are the base of my diet (as in lifestyle) and I can, have, and will be able to eat like this for the rest of my life.
