I will check them out. I am 27.5 waist and 39.5 hip and struggle with jeans as like I said before, I hate having to wear a belt with jeans.

Though i have not done it myself, if you have very strict dietary requirements perhaps you could also consider staying somewhere that allows self catering. It's probably not the ideal holiday though. hey, you must be my twin! i am also 33, 5'8" though female :-). at 152 lb at the moment and my goal is anywhere between 135 and 139. i am currently eating 1946 sals. i agree with a previous poster in that you are eating way too little and your goal weight is way too low. you might need to reconsider these points.

yea, why not. i didn't really enjoy my bun this year hence reason i didn't finish it. maybe this coming weekend i will get another one. i noticed asda was selling yummy bun last year so not sure if they still sell it. i still have more than half tin of cheese left. used piece in an omelette yesterday.

I am 5 days in and already getting abit bored. I think this workout will suit me more if I mix it up with other workouts i.e. maybe doing it once a week or so. Struggling to stay motivated with doing it everyday.
