i am looking forward to relax abit though i will continue to exercise. i think when i finish this round of insanity i will reduce my workout to either 4 or 5 days a week for a week or 2 before i move on to the next challenge. not sure yet what the next challenge will be but quite likely i will be starting insanity again.

ok, i like my fritters flat and crispy. that is one of the reasons i don't like fritters made with egg as i find them too soft and fluffy

Awesome! great result! Yea i am scheduled to complete on 10th March so i am in the last week. Last week was really hard plus I can feel pretty much the same this week. I think my body is abit knackered. Haven't lost much weight but am losing inches! Will share the results at the end.

i didn't think baking powder was used in fritters? or is that just an addition in case experimenting with other type of flour?

I always eat at least some of my exercise calories. It all depends on how much calories I burn. My daily intake in set at 1460 and on average I eat about 1700 - 1900 cals a day. Some days I burn just enough to eat it all while other days when I have a very big burn I will leave some. I look forward to eating my exercise…

oh cool. yea, you really need to take a week or 2 off. i was considering renewing my gym membership but i am so enjoying exercing at home that i don't think i will bother right now. i was going to the gym for 2 years upto october 2012.

thanks. i will try your tips. i don't like mine with eggs. eggs make them too soft and fluffy. i like mine thin and crisp.

Hi BigDoug and Imaan, I am on day 51, so basically the penultimate week. Blv BigDoug is one week ahead of me. I should finish on 10th March. I am actually doing this workout with my sis "chrisja" though we live in different countries:smile: . My intention after is to take about a 2 weeks break and do some other exercises…

I am on the penultimate week of insanity and so far I have been doing the exercises either barefoot or just in my socks. I am happy to wear shoes but when you live on a top floor apartment it can be a pain for those living underneath especially when I am doing my exercises at 6am.

i love saltfish fritters but i am not an expert at making them. tried once and it was a disaster. i bought some saltfish over the weekend so might have another go in the coming days. i am interested to hear the answers to your query below also.

yes, a food scale is essential if you are counting calories. i have a weight watchers digital one which my dear sis gave me almost 2 years ago. i also have measuring cups and spoons.

I am into smoothies, not juices. When i first started out i used more fruits than veg but now it is the opposite. Most of the ones i make these days i only use one fruit.
