Thanks all, I think I'll try eating a protein bar after the work out and see if that helps.

Mainly the mornings, after breakfast of about 300 calories and there would be no protein in that so maybe that's where I'm going wrong.

Don't get discouraged, in the first week I dropped 4lb then nothing for two weeks! I was extremely frustrated but all of a sudden it started to drop off and has been dropping for two weeks now so don't give up!!!

I know how you feel, I lost 3lb last week (first week) and nothing this week. It's very disappointing.
