yes, I have had it for a few years. It's a painful condition to have. However, I rarely suffer from it anymore since purchasing proper fitted shoes with good arch support and cushioned heels, self messages and foot exercises.

Thanks. I was assumng that they were already calculated by MFP to give me my daily caloric needs. Just wanted to be sure :)

Thank you both, for the suggestions. I will look into them!

Hrmmm.. what bugs me is people who seem to focus too much on someone else's routine by clocking their treadmill vs. street speed instead of keeping their nose in their own business and their minds on their own routine. Seems to me that they might want to increase their own workout so they don't have time to sit and judge…

it's an intense 20 minute circuit training DVD by Jillian Michaels. It works... it kicks your butt, but it works :)

Hmm... I don't blame any one food for making me overweight. I blame my lack of portion control and physical activity.

Bwahaha... I'm sooo sending you a friends request!

I want to go buy the sexiest, body hugging dress I can find, a pair of "*BEEP* me" high heels.. and hit the town!

agreed! As far as workouts go - there are several good DVD's out there. One of my favorites is Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. It's about $10 at Walmart and the only equipment you need are 3-5lb hand weights and a yoga mat if your going to work out on a hard surface... both can be found at Walmart and are relatively…

Thank you, everyone for your input. I've looked into most of the vitamins/supplements everyone has listed. I feel that since I have/am improving my diet, I probably don't need most of them since I'm getting them adequately from my food, but there are a few I am considering adding to my morning doses! Biotin being one and…

I started taking them because I wasn't eating properly at all... and my poor body was suffering for it. Constant fatigue, feeling run down and drained all of the time and looking that way - so I decided to take a few supplements while trying to ease back into eating a healthier and steadier diet.
-
for those that take more than 2 or 3 supplements a day - do you take them all at the same time or do you space them out over the course of a day? I only take the 3 but I take them all at once.

My significant other does most of the cooking, but thats because HE'S the one with a culinary degree!

Bwah! Glad I'm not the only person who thinks that way!!!

OMG! Thank you for posting that! I hate when people say they cheated on their diet one day and then gained 5 lbs! They obviously cant do simple math...they'd have to consume 17,500 calories in one day to gain that much the next!
-
You look fantastic! Way to go!!!!
-
you could purchase a piece or two of equipment like a treadmill or elliptical machine so that you can still work out without having to leave him home alone. but you can find second hand equipment on places like Craigslist and local garage sales, that way you'd save on out of pocket expenses and still keep the gym…

I was wondering if taking biotin would make a noticeable difference.. I'll have to try that!

OK, did D2/L1 and today, my right calf feels like its ready to split in half. hurts to walk... but it's only my right calf...grrrrrr. had to modify the workout a bit to accommodate. However, was really feeling the burn in my shoulders and upper arms...LOL. Wow, didn't realize I was so outta shape!

Thank you for the input. I am generally, not a breakfast eater, but have decided that it my be a good idea (duh) to try and eat at least a little something in the morning to help regulate my metabolism. since I am not one to eat first thing out of bed, I might try working out first and then eating :)

I've considered walking first thing in the morning, but I get up at 5 a.m. already and it would require I get up at least 30 minutes earlier to fit it in... but I also know that by the time I get home from work in the afternoon, all the motivation I had for exercise that morning has disappeared...LOL
