crossfit WOD 12.3 had to modify the toes to bar to get past the first round but i did 5 rounds of 75# push presses :)

wow. reading this and i REALLY feel like a failure. UGH

i started exercising daily the first week of jan and then started tracking what i ate the 3rd week of jan.... then went paleo the first week of feb i'm only down 9lb and i really need motivation. i crossfit and i see myself getting stronger but i'm not seeing weight loss of inches down. i'm really frustrated right now

When it comes to drinking green tea i never use the tea bags... i always buy the green tea powder called "matcha" tastes waaaay better! and if you mix it into visalus it tastes JUST like green tea ice cream!

I'm doing visalus and working with a nutritionist. I get 1400kcal/day and i use the shakes mostly to increase my protein intake... more supplements to meals instead of actual meals. I'm down 10 lbs so far so i guess im doing something right :) add me if you want some vi-motivation! good luck with the challenge!!!!

My mom taught me this rule of thumb: ALWAYS offer to pay... but if they say they've got it, dont try and offer again and seem pushy. thats kinda what i've always done.

Started visalus about 2 weeks ago... down 8 pounds! would love body by vi friends :)

not to sounds prying.. but are you on any medications? a lot of meds out there cause weight gain or make it hard to lose.

I want to weigh about 140lb so my nutritionist has me eating 1400 kcal/day. I'm usually pretty good but the past few days ive been around 1550. thank god for working out!
