ice cream maker
i just bought a cheap ice cream maker... has anyone tried to make vi-ice cream? i usually use almond milk in mine. just wanted to check before i try it and it's a huge disaster. will post later when i do though!!!! thanks :)

I'm finally ready to make a real investment and get a good jump rope... just dont know which one to get. i usually can only get double unders when i use the cable/metal ones. suggestions??? thanks :)

NSV personal record!
After crossfitting for 2 months and MFP for about a month and a half I took my 5k time down from over 36 min (November Turkey Trot) to my best time EVER! 29:33!!!! FIRST time under 30 minutes!!! My mile time dropped from 10:37 a month ago to 9:05 yesterday and at mile 1 of my 5k it was 9:03 I even got 3rd place for females…

Diet coke addicts?
I used to drink at least a 44oz of diet coke every day at work but when i started doing paleo/primal i had to cut it out :( My first stint was 8 days without one, and now i've gone 5. all i want right now is a freakin diet coke and its killing me :(

anyone want to train for a 1/2 with me?
Starting today (well yesterday...) i want to train for a 1/2 marathon. i need some buddys to help motivate me!!!! Anyone interested? Wondering if this is normal...
I'm on day 5 of paleo and even though my water input has not changed (i drink about 12 cups water/day) i'm peeing like CRAZY! is this normal?

Day 3...
On day 3 of paleo... did anyone else feeling like a raging b****??? At work people were tossing mini snickers bars at me and i chucked one at someones face. hard. oops. Also at crossfit I feel less strong.. my trainers have told me to wait it out 14 days but i'm just so TIRED. any helpful hints?

depression and pizza
i got dumped today by a text message. by a 33 year old i had been seeing for over 6 months. i ate half of a little ceasars hot and ready. plus breadsticks. so much for the good few weeks i had :(
