Oh I love sushii!!! I will be craving it all day to day :) Spicy tuna rolls, super crazy rolls....... I might have to get in some extra workout time this week to make room in my calories for some sushi!

I would try walking before moving on to something like jumping jacks...that's kind of hard on your joints. Walking is great cardio, and the more you do it, the easier it gets.
