I love this song and I'm happy to live in a state that's supportive of equality. Evergreen state love!

That is fantastic!! Congrats!

Also, this is why I love MFP!! Love the forums for asking questions :).

First off, thank you all for giving your input. I figured this topic would be quite popular. All reasons pretty much previously mentioned seemed valid. Since I am used to Android I will likely go with the GS3. Also since I learned that GS3 has a SD card slot and the iPhone 4S doesn't. Also just the customization thing too,…

Pretty much anything I get will be better than my current phone (Samsung Intercept). Unfortunately my phone is in such poor condition...very laggy/glitchy that I can't/don't want to really wait until September. Also, I won't be getting another phone possibly for a couple years so this next one needs to be reliable/fast.…

Congrats to you and your hard work! You look fantastic! Keep it up!

Added :). I mainly just mean people who are willing to comment on my activity feed. I pretty much try to comment on other's activity feeds regularly and occasionally send messages if it looks like someone needs extra support.

Thanks for those who have added me so far :). Keep the friend requests coming, I'm open to all ages, genders, and wherever you may be at during your journey. I don't plan on disappearing any time soon!

Finally got 30 Day Shred. Just completed day one today and whew...Jillian kicked my butt big time haha.

Thanks all for the encouragement. I am very proud to say that I should be making my goal very soon. Today I weighed in at 157.8lbs (from 159.8lbs last week) and my goal is 156lbs. I couldn't believe I'd be dropping so much weight suddenly. The hard work has definitely paid off and I'm doing it all without my 30DS that…

Been awhile since I've last checked in. I wasn't sure if I was going to make my goal in time because I was waiting on my 30DS to come and it never did. However, I have great news that I'm down to 159.8lbs from starting the month at 164lbs. I've been going down this steep trail by my house a lot and today will be my third…

I would consult a pharmacist. It's free and they encounter people with those type of questions and problems. Although their knowledge on herbs may be somewhat limited, but there are ways for them to look up stuff. Just ask the pharmacist for a recommendation for something OTC.

I'm getting the FT7, thanks for the help.

I'm pretty frustrated today, since I checked the mail and haven't received my 30 DS yet. Ordered it on the 2nd of this month and no tracking details of location. Going to just hop on the treadmill and do some walking/jogging and a bit of running and then lift some weights a bit. So far I've lost 1lb, but I'm worried about…

Still waiting for my 30DS to get here, will probably arrive Monday or Tuesday. Till then, just been going for 30+min walks/jogs. Going to work on eating out less and suggest more dinners in. Checking weight almost daily, but hoping to see some results by the end of next week since this one hasn't been as well as I'd like…

Aug SW: 164 lbs End of Aug GW: 156 lbs Challenge: Exercise daily for at least 30 mins I just ordered 30DS as well, so I'm hoping to do that daily, but if I go camping for a weekend I plan on going for a nice walk/hike to make up for it.

Yeah, it does honestly seem like you do have to exaggerate sometimes to get what you need. I guess I do feel tired, but after all these years of having large tonsils I've sorta gotten used to it. Which is sad, but yeah my dentist seems to think I'd be preventing future problems as an adult and why wait for another…

Luckily I am still under my dad's insurance for now and he has good coverage. I will have a talk with him and ask about it and then maybe go to my regular doctor and see what they say. I've noticed the difficulty breathing while running/jogging since middle school for me and so I've always for the most part just avoided it…
