I'm 5'7 too! So glad to see so many friends here~ My SW was 131, and my CW is 123, and my goal (ideal) is 117. Actually, I'm pretty content with my current weight, but I still got my buns and thighs that needs to get ripped. I knew what my best figure was, and I just want to go back to it again (or at least go near it, to the weight I had been having since my height stopped growing). It's healthier to have a fit body, too!

I don't have a HRM, but I also log it as circuit training. It suits me pretty well (should be pretty close to actual results).

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm actually a scale addict too! And sometimes it is frustrating when the scale is just showing the same everyday. But I do get to find improvement on my body. I don't use tapes, but I seem to fit better in my clothes. So I still use the scale everyday (can't resist!), but only record weigh-in…

Hello, I'm in similar situations with you! I'm in Taiwan and I work indoors. Add me if you want :) If you have long time of work everyday, maybe you can try some intense workout that only comes in a short amount of time, but remember to gradually let your body get used to them when beginning.
