  • Daily, and I record it Daily. I view MFP as a day-to-day program, and every day is a new start, so I weigh every day (good or bad!) and let me tell you, some times I know I gained, and it is hard to get on the scale, but those are the most important days to do it, so that I can get back on track!
  • I buy it and bring it to work and share. I eat a little bit, and the people I work with devour the rest. Don't open it until you are at work.

  • I have the Magic Bullet. I make "like IceCream" I use Fresh Fruit and Skim Milk. (2 Parts Fruit to 1 Part Milk) and I freeze the mixture. I've also used Iced Tea and Juice instead of Milk, comes out GREAT!
