Go slow, take it easy until you get everything (joints/muscle) lubed up good. I did everyday the first week and followed the gym workout log sheet then I started my heavy lifting, chest and triceps on day 1, back and biceps day 2, legs and shoulders day 3 and day 4 off. Then start over again.

Veggie Delight is 240 calories no cheese Turkey Breast and Black Forest Ham is 280 calories no cheese With mustard or spicey mustard only everything else adds calories Wheat bread is good Flat Bread adds a few more calories but I think tastes better

I want to build mass and I hit it really hard yesterday and today I dont feel anything!!!! I did as much as I could 8 reps then 6 reps then 4 rep increasing weight each time. I do see improvement but just wondering why I'm not sore the next day or two.

Just start over everyday until you dont have to start over again. You can do it just keep at it. Everyday is a new day everything from yesterday is gone. Start out fresh everyday!!!!! You lose this war when you dont try and start everyday. Hang in there :)

You can do it!!! Just set you mind to and and want it more than anything else. If you have a bite of food in your mouth and you really dont need it, spit it out. I still do that now after 117 pounds lost. Its all about you, do cheat yourself!!! If I can do anyone can do it.
